Omnarc

In private development

Every business function. One connected enterprise.

Omnarc runs IT, assets, contracts, purchasing, rosters and budgets for school networks on one platform. Every school's data is kept separate by the database itself, not by the screen.

What Omnarc does today

  • Service desk

Incidents, requests, problems, changes and releases, with service levels, escalation, on-call rotations and workflow rules.

  • Self-service portal

Staff report a problem in plain words and see known fixes before a ticket is raised.

  • Assets and devices

Device inventory, lifecycle and configuration records, including who holds each device.

  • Contracts and purchasing

Contracts, vendors, budgets, purchase orders and approvals in one flow.

  • Rosters

Staff and student rosters, with OneRoster support.

  • Budgets and fund ledger

Fund accounting that records encumbrances as purchase orders are approved.

  • Reports

Reports and exports drawn from the same records the work happens in.

  • Your own records

New record types, such as bus routes, configured without new software.

Built for school networks

One platform serves every school in a network. People see the work at the places their role covers, and nothing else.

  • Separate by default. Each school's records are isolated by row-level security in the database.
  • Access follows role and place. A technician at one campus works that campus's tickets and devices.
  • Student data is its own class. It appears only where a person's role allows it.

Verified, not marketed

Every change runs more than 2,000 automated tests. Changes to who can see what are proved against a live database before they ship.

  • No trackers. This site sets no cookies and runs no scripts.
  • No third-party fonts or scripts. Every file on this page comes from omnarc.com.
